Make a payment

At West-Aircomm FCU, we want to make your loan payment experience as simple and convenient as possible. Select from one of several options for making your loan payments:

  • Automatic transfer through Virtual Branch (FREE)

If you are not already enrolled in Virtual Branch, contact us today at 724.775.6640. Once you’re enrolled in Virtual Branch, you can set up recurring automatic transfers to pay your loans out of your savings or checking accounts at West-Aircomm through the Transfers tab.

You can also transfer from/to another financial institution from the Transfers Tab in Virtual Branch. Under ‘Services’ click ACH Transfer In then fill out the following page to make a loan payment. View here for directions

  • Auto Draft (FREE)

Set up a recurring auto draft (using routing and account numbers) payment from any financial institution. Get started by completing this form. You can return this form to loansvisa@westaircomm.com or any of our branches.

  • Online Bill Pay

If you bank with a financial institution other than West-Aircomm FCU, set up West-Aircomm FCU as a merchant/payee through your financial institution’s online bill pay service. You will need your West-Aircomm FCU Account Number and/or Loan Number and our mailing address:

  • WAC EZ-PAY ($4.99)

Pay with your debit card or routing/account number by clicking on the blue “Pay” button near the top right of our website on our homepage. You will also receive an automatic text 3 days prior to your due date that will enable you to make a payment. More info here.

  • Pay By Phone ($5)

Call 724.775.9630 to make a payment over the phone using your routing and account numbers.

  • Mail/ Coupon Books (FREE)

You are welcome to mail your payment to PO BOX 568, Beaver, PA 15009. Click here to print free loan payment coupons. We can also order you coupon books for the whole term of your loan; call 724.775.9630 to order. Loan payment coupons are not required; however, if used please indicate where the funds should be applied.

  • Drop off

Visit one of our three branches to drop off your payment. Each branch has a night drop that is checked daily M- F or swing by the drive thru or a lobby to submit your payment.
