West-Aircomm FCU VISA Credit Card Conversion
West-Aircomm FCU is excited to announce that we are partnering with a new credit card processor this year. We will be able to provide an upgraded customer experience and better card functionality. There are important credit card changes coming in February.
Here’s the information you NEED to know:
- Early February you will receive a new Visa credit card. DO NOT destroy your current card. The NEW CARD CANNOT BE USED UNTIL February 27, 2022.
- The new card will be issued with a new number and you will be able to activate it starting February 27, 2022. Call the phone number on the sticker to activate and choose a PIN.
- You may continue to use your old(current) card through midnight February 26, 2022. DO NOT use your old West-Aircomm credit card on or after February 27, 2022. Transactions will be denied.
- Start a list of reoccurring charges like Amazon Prime, Netflix, and utilities. You will need to give them your new card number.
- Add new # to mobile wallets.
- You will no longer use EZ Card Info to manage your card. You will be able to manage your new card in WAC VISA ONLINE on our Visa page and in Virtual Branch. You will no longer be able to access EZ Card after 2/25.
- Virtual Branch will no longer show your credit card until March 1, 2022. There will be a link for WAC VISA ONLINE in Virtual Branch.
FEBRUARY 26, 2022- LAST DAY TO USE CURRENT CARD
FEBRUARY 27, 2022 – ACTIVATE NEW CARD, CHOOSE PIN
FEBRUARY 27, 2022 – DOWNLOAD AND REGISTER WAC VISA APP
MARCH 1, 2022 – WAC VISA ONLINE WILL SHOW ALL VISA INFORMATION
